Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Printed posters<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The products sold are <strong>A2 and A3 posters<\/strong>, printed on demand via the Gelato printing service.<br>Colour, brightness and final rendering may vary slightly depending on screens and production centres.<br>Images are non-contractual but representative of the final product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Printed books &amp; ebooks<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The books offered are printed on demand via the Lulu service provider and are available in printed format and as ebooks (PDF format, subject to device compatibility).<br>Minor variations in rendering may occur depending on screens, printing facilities and reading devices.<br>The visuals presented are for illustrative purposes only and are non-contractual.<br>As the books are printed on demand, they are considered goods made according to the customer\u2019s specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Prices<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are displayed in euros, VAT included <strong>.<\/strong>.<br>Applicable VAT rate: <strong>20 %<\/strong>.<br>The VAT rate for printed books may be reduced depending on the country.<br>Shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation.<br>Ebooks are provided in PDF format and are readable on most devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Orders<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order is considered confirmed when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>payment has been successfully processed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the customer receives an order confirmation email,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an invoice is automatically generated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">StarHope reserves the right to cancel any order in case of fraud or payment issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders can be paid via:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Credit\/debit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PayPal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transactions are secured by the respective payment providers.<br>StarHope does not store <strong>any banking information.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Printed posters (Gelato)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The posters are printed and shipped through <strong>Gelato<\/strong>, an international print-on-demand provider.<br>Gelato operates production centres in Europe, the United States, Australia and other regions, enabling local delivery in most countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Average delivery times:<br>\u2022 <strong>France \/ Europe: 3 to 7 business days<\/strong><br>\u2022 <strong>United States \/ Canada: 3 to 8 business days<\/strong><br>\u2022 <strong>Rest of the world: 5 to 12 business days<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These timelines include both production and shipping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">StarHope is not responsible for delays caused by:<br>\u2022 incorrect addresses provided by the customer,<br>\u2022 carriers,<br>\u2022 customs procedures for non-EU countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A tracking number is provided as soon as the order is shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Printed books (Lulu)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Printing and shipping are handled via Lulu. <strong>Lulu<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimated delivery times: <strong>12 to 14 business days.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These delays include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>production,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shipping,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>international delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsibilities include:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the address provided by the customer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>customs for non-EU countries,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carriers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Printed posters<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with French consumer law, the customer has <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal <strong>, provided the poster is not personalised<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.<br>Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">StarHope will issue a refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Printed books<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No right of withdrawal<\/strong> (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code)<br>Because they are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>printed on demand,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>made according to the customer\u2019s specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ebooks (PDF)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No right of withdrawal after download<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that access to digital content (PDF ebook) results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Legal Guarantees<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects under applicable French law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posters, writings, designs and visuals are protected.<br>Any reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Personal Data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11.
