Withdrawal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal <strong>only for eligible products<\/strong>, in accordance with the General <a href=\"https:\/\/starhope.ai\/en\/conditions-generales-de-vente\/\">Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Printed books and personalised posters:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>no returns except in the following cases:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>defective product,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>printing error,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>damaged parcel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Procedure:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>contact by email,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photos must be provided,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replacement or refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Ebooks<\/strong> :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>no refund after access to the file,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>except in the event of a proven technical malfunction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Return Request Procedure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please send an email to:<br>contact@starhope.ai<br>A photograph must be provided as an attachment.<br>Subject: \u201cReturn request \u2013 Order no. XXX\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">StarHope will then provide the return instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Return Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.<br>StarHope refunds the item price but not the original shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Damaged Product or Error<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the poster or book arrives damaged, StarHope will send a replacement at no additional cost after receipt of a photo of the defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
